Dermatologist Own Brand Shipping - $9.95 Flat Rate Up to 2kg

Dermatologist Own Brand tracked shipping is on an "Authority to leave basis" unless stated in the order notes. If you request for your parcel not to be left your package will be redirected to the closest collection depot for pick up - you will be required to show your identification upon pick up. You will be left a card in most cases with this information. For tracked orders you will receive an email with the tracking details if you provided an email via checkout. 
For large and bulky orders shipping is calculated on a volume basis.
All postage is by Sendle Pty Ltd with delivery usually occurring within 3 business days to Metro areas and within 5 business days for national orders subject to events outside carrier terms.

Dermatologist Own Brand Shipping - All Orders

Dermatologist Own Brand will not accept accountability for ANY lost, damaged, stolen or pet destroyed orders. Our delivery process runs from Tuesday - Friday every week but not on weekends or public holidays. All orders placed before 2pm Tuesday - Friday are dispatched on the same day with email notifications providing links to a delivery update website.

 

Please note: All shipping services are to a physical address only as our courier service cannot deliver to a  PO Box Or Parcel Collect address.
